At Southwest Care-Line, we believe that great care starts with great training. That’s why we’ve developed the Southwest Care-Line Academy, a dedicated training programme designed to equip our colleagues with the skills, confidence, and qualifications they need to deliver safe, compassionate, and professional care.

All of our team members receive comprehensive, ongoing training as part of their role with us. From induction to specialist refreshers, we ensure every staff member meets the highest standards of care and compliance aligned with CQC and Skills for Care expectations.
